前天看到新北市政府成立「藍海艦隊」的新聞覺得很棒，但看到照片中怎麼漁船上只放了幾個小小的垃圾袋，這樣能有多少效果？！隔天看到海洋大學華健教授的文章，今天又很訝異聽到他的專訪。
不用出海，不用淨灘，任何人在生活中都可以為減少海洋垃圾盡一份力！
